Basic Rules
- Only American-made vehicles are allowed.
- Listings must contain accurate and truthful information about the vehicle (including VIN, mileage, photos, etc.). Any fraudulent, misleading, or suspicious listings will be rejected and not published.
- You must own the vehicle or have full, verifiable authorization to sell it. Listing a vehicle you do not own — such as one found at an auction — and offering to bid or purchase it on someone’s behalf for a fee is strictly prohibited.
- You must publish the real asking price of your vehicle. LibertyDrive is not an auction platform. Listings with unrealistic or suspicious prices (for example, far below typical market value) may be rejected and not published.
- LibertyDrive does not charge any commission fees to either the seller or the buyer. LibertyDrive is never a party to any sales transaction conducted between users.
